SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES :

Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1:00pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

For shipments delivered outside DELHI NCR, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

International Shipping:

International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via INDIA POST and other Courier Services. All transit times are Monday to Friday.

Worldwide Shipping Options:

*International Economy Shipping takes 25-30 working days and it is free of cost.

*International Standard Shipping takes 10-12 working days and there will be extra charge for this.

We Ship Anywhere across the Globe.

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed. International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment by sms/email.
